*When you drop off items at Crossroads Consignment, you are acknowledging that you have reviewed & accept the following consignment policies
Consigning Policy
Homeschool Items Accepted
We accept gently used homeschool curricula & educational items for pre-K through 12th grade, including books, manipulatives, media, science supplies, geography aids, educational games, & other resources. Curriculum should be current or recent editions so that any required companion items can still be purchased if needed to complete the package. We will not accept any books that are part of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program or ones that are given as free gifts of other programs/fast food restaurants.

All materials must be clean & “purchase-ready.” All electronics must include working batteries. If Crossroads Consignment must replace weak or non-working batteries, a fee of $2.00 per battery will be charged. Any puzzles or board games with multiple pieces need to be verified as complete prior to dropping them off at the store. Any item that is found to be missing parts or pieces will not be accepted for sale & may be donated.

Typically, we price educational items at 50-75% of current retail for new items depending on the condition of the item & it’s current demand. Pricing may be lower if the item is older or shows signs of wear & use.
Kids' Clothing, Toys, & Baby Equipment Accepted
We accept clothing in sizes newborn to 16/18 that is less than five years old & in good condition. Clothing must be freshly laundered, free of odors, stains, holes, rips, pet hair & other obvious signs of wear or imperfections. All snaps, buttons, & zippers must be in good working order; fastening them prior to drop-off ensures this. If any item requires laundering to make it acceptable for sale, a laundry fee will be charged to your account.

Toys & other small baby equipment should be in excellent condition without any missing or broken parts. If batteries are required, it must come with working batteries. If Crossroads Consignment must replace weak or non-working batteries, a fee of $2.00 per battery will be charged. We CANNOT accept any item that has been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission unless a recall kit that corrects the problem is provided with the item. Please check at www.cpsc.gov for a complete & current list of all recalled items. Due to space limitations, we may not accept cribs, bicycles, large outdoor toys etc. at all times. We can accept car seats, high chairs, swings, strollers, pack-n-plays, infant seats, etc., on a case-by-case basis if current space allows. Please check by calling or emailing the store prior to bringing these items in.

Pricing of all clothing, toys, & baby equipment is determined by the new retail price, condition, & salability of the item. We price them at what we feel is a fair price, however, we cannot guarantee the sale of any item & we reserve the right to adjust prices for sales & promotions. Any items that do not sell within the designated consignment period will be donated.
How to Consign Your Items:
Items will be accepted during our normal business hours. You DO NOT need an appointment. Simply bring in your items & fill out a drop-off slip. Clothing drop-off quantities are limited to one (1) large box or bag OR two (2) small boxes or bags at a time & should be no more frequent than once weekly. A large bag would be a kitchen size white garbage bag; a small bag would be a grocery bag or regular sized shopping/gift bag. Small boxes should be no larger than a diaper box. It may take several days to weeks for us to go through your items, get them priced & ready for sale. Please indicate on the drop-off slip what your preference is for the un-sellable items. You may choose to return to the store to pick them up or to allow them to be donated. If you opt to return for items, the store will notify you by email that you have items to be picked up. The consignor will then have seven (7) of our business days to return to the store to retrieve their items. If they are not picked up in that time frame, the items will be donated. Please make sure that your email settings allow you to receive emails from Crossroads Consignment.
Consignment Periods:
